Ilan & Jeremy – The Day Before The Wedding.

Meet Ilan & Jeremy. They were married in Savannah, GA and I was completely honored to be their Photographer. They invited me down the day before the wedding, for the Rehearsal and unbelievably delicious Rehearsal Dinner at The Pink House. If you’re ever in Georgia and have the chance, go…and have the spicy fried mac & cheese appetizers…Yum. From the food to the Savannah Ghost Tour to hanging out with this talented group of people, this was one great start to a perfect weekend.
Check out some of my favorites from this awesome day…before.

Getting the backyard ready for the party tomorrow!

Matt Russo, the talented chef from Nashville who cooked all weekend for the jaw dropping southern spread at the wedding.

Savannah Ghost Tour!!! This guide had a story for every dark window and every spooky tree in Georgia.

Brothers!

…and the after party begins.

Mowgli – Pet Portrait Session.

Meet Mowgli. The fastest dog on the face of the planet. It doesn’t hurt that he is freakin adorable and named after the character from The Jungle Book. I was lucky to have his parents, Kelly & Lou, as a Bride & Groom in 2009. You can check out their wedding photos Here & Here. When Kelly emailed me about a Pet Portrait Session, my answer was yes even before I finished reading. Plus, any chance I can get to hang out with her I’m going to take because she is a hell of a good time. Check out some of my favorites from the day.

The Loving Mother.

Check out the extra set of teeth from where his baby chompers haven’t fallen out yet. Adorable!

Mowgli, Tuckered out 🙂

One of Kelly’s friends asked if she was having Mowgli Photoshopped into her wedding photos. That made me laugh so I worked a few up for fun!

Franklin’s Warhol.

Franklin finally gets his 15 minutes of fame…on my wall. I wanted something to bring a little color to my living room so I took one of the portraits I made of my pup and gave it a little Warhol treatment. Then using one of my wedding/portrait vendor I made a 30×30 canvas of the chunky monkey and now I laugh every time I come downstairs. 🙂

Kate & Howie – The Engagment.

Meet Kate & Howie. They are going to be married in about three months and counting and I am stoked to shoot their wedding! Howie is not at all scared to get crazy and be a goofy, just to make Kate laugh and it’s written all over her face just how much she loves him. Check out some of my favorites.

Laura & Tommy – The Wedding.

Meet Laura & Tommy. They were married at St Andrews’s Lithuanian Church in Philadelphia, PA. Along with being a completely adorable couple and exceptionally gifted in the looks department, they can officially put on one classy wedding! From the Champagne toast outside the church directly after the ceremony to the interpreters for the hearing impaired, and finally to the beautiful venue with the remodeled silos attached for the cake and present rooms. Everything was Beautiful! After the ceremony we trekked around the city for a bit hitting all their favorite Philly Landmarks before heading over to the Normandy Farms Hotel, which is in Blue Bell, PA. This is where we kicked the party 🙂 Check out some of my favorites from the day.

This was a really fun Lithuanian tradition, where the Groom carries the Bride over a bridge. We chose one at the edge of South Street in Penns Landing.
