Meet Jen & Avi! I began the wedding day by joining Avi at The Art of Shaving where he and his father experienced a straight razor shave. I love my beard but it looks like a cool experience and made for some great groom’s getting ready shots! Jen was getting ready just blocks away in a suite at Le Meridien. Avi’s mother did Jen’s hair and I got some beautiful moments of the two of them. After they were all dolled up and looking sexy as hell we set up a first look in the center of the hotel. This always gets to me! Also, High Five to them both for scheduling lots of time for photos in the city! We hit a few parks in Old City and even hopped on a Septa Bus for an epic image riding through Philadelphia! Their Ceremony and Reception was held at the National Museum of American Jewish History and there couldn’t have been a more perfect space. The building lit up in beautiful pinks and purples at night and made for a beautiful backdrop to a beautiful wedding day! Congratulations to you both and thank you so much for letting me be a part of your day!

Meet Kristyn & Patrick! Love Them!! We started the day at the Lowes Hotel in Center City Philadelphia for the getting ready shots and a really lovely first look for the couple. If you’ve read my posts before you know I LOVE a first look, which is a very non-traditional moment before the ceremony where the couple see each other for the first time. It’s not for everyone but if you’re into it, it’s Very intimate and always makes for gorgeous images! After getting to shoot on the roof of the Hotel (So Cool!), we headed down to south street with the bridal party and then back up broad street to Vie, one of the beautiful Cescaphe venues, for the ceremony & rockin reception. Before the wedding when I met up with Kristyn, she mentioned that Patrick might not be into pictures as much as she would be, but I’m happy to say that I’ve made a monster! By the end of the night, when I pulled them out for some night shots he was just as into it as Kristyn! Congratulations to you both and I’m so happy that I got to be part of your day!
