This past week I got to spend the day with Casey & Alex in Philly for their engagement session! It was crazy hot, like it has been lately and after a little exploring around Rittenhouse Square, we walked over to Swann Memorial Fountain in Logan Circle for a little dip. Meet Karina & Tom! This past weekend I had the pleasure of photographing their intimate ceremony at the Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia. Karina actually went to school here when she was little so it really meant a lot to them. After the I Do’s and the tears were shed, we headed over to Bryn Athyn and Cairnwood estate for some portrait time! Here are some sweet teasers to get you through the day!
It’s Pride month, so I thought I’d celebrate by showing you some of my favorite LGBTQ+ weddings that I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of! Meet Jacqueline & Colleen! They had a beautiful and intimate ceremony at The Eagle Manor on the waterfront in New Jersey. This was a day of feeling all the feels and with every turn, there was another moment to grab. Some of my favorites from the day were when Jacqueline and Colleen’s siblings guided them both out to the side of the barn, where they had their First Look. When they both turned to see each other in their wedding dresses, you saw pure joy in their reactions. When it came time for the ceremony, they both were escorted by their parents from opposite sides of the house. Two families meeting in the middle to become one and all their friends and family were there to watch them walk down the isle together! During the ceremony, while they were exchanging vows, their sweet dogs climbed under their wedding dresses to be close to their moms! So so so freakin cute! With emotional parent dances and loving surprise slideshows, this was a day full of the best and hopefully something they will never forget. Congratulations to you both and Happy Pride!!
